Additional Notes about warranty
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.
*Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service. Please kindly send an email with your order number and return the shipping number after the package's shipped out.Taxes&shipping fees generated from returning will be paid by the buyer, the final refund amount will be the order price misused our receiving cost like tax and processing fee, etc.
For artificial reasons cause the items damaged, cannot be returned or exchanged, eg: cut the lace, hair has been washed/dyed/bleached...
