The Shipping Cost of Returns or Exchanges

As for the "no reason" return or exchange, you have to handle the shipping cost in full amount since our items you receive are in good condition without any quality problems.
However, if you find the items are detectable during the shipping process, please contact with us at any time you want while we will assist you to ask for compensation from the courier. At the same time, we will definitely send you a brand new itemĀ forĀ free shipping once you want us to exchange it for you.

The item we exchange for you will be processed inĀ 2 working daysĀ and we will ship the new item to you after the reception of your previous order.

Refund Policy

As what we mentioned above, you will be charged for the shipping cost if you want to return the item you receive without any reasons. In this circumstance, we can only refund you the money by deducting the shipping fees (we will calculate the shipping cost about your order and give you a reply via emails) .

If the item you receive is detectable because of the courier's or lacer'sĀ fault, we will refund in full amount once you do not want us to re-send you a new product.
